Book Review // Star Wars: The High Republic – The Eye of Darkness
The Eye of Darkness launches Phase III of the High Republic with a galaxy trapped behind the Nihil's Stormwall and a Jedi Order struggling to fight back. While I enjoyed the story and its characters, I was slightly disappointed to discover I'd accidentally bought the audiobook script rather than a traditional novel.

As with most anthologies, quality and impact vary, but the range here is genuinely impressive. The collection jumps between viewpoints constantly: civilians, smugglers, Imperial personnel, Rebels, and those just trying to survive another day under Imperial rule.

Audio Book // Star Wars Dooku: Jedi Lost
I love an understandable villain—a hero who has become so focused on the goal that they have become the thing they sought to stop. Dooku is one such character, up there with Lex Luthor and Thanos. In another time they could have been the hero instead they are seen as a misguide villain.
