As a trader, he travelled the wastes selling reclaimed 20th-century goods until one day, he was attacked and left for dead in a Rad pit. Pulling himself free, Gorgone Locke found his features burnt beyond recognition. Left with only the clothes on his back and a discarded Shotgun, Gorgone swore to hunt down the gang that left him for dead.

Kharnagar - Scout

Mutie Kharnagar is a scout for the Roane Deepers. The Roane Deepers is a cursed earth band of muties seeking a way into Mega-City One. Having spent many months searching the undercity, they have finally found a route into the city via Sector 102. The only problem is the area is rife with gangs, who view the mutie gang with more disdain than that of their rivals. Fearing bringing down too much attention, the Roane Deepers allow scouts to search the city for food and supplies. Kharnagar is one such scout and has become successful at raiding the waste bins of Dan Abnett's block. Not the bravest soul, his natural survival instincts have kept him alive so far!

Skarwael - The Phantom

Skarwael, aka The Phantom, is the notorious leader of 'The Nine'. A roving band of Cursed Earth mutants who excel at raiding MC-1. Somehow this group has managed to get their hands on some Jump Packs and Grav Vehicles, allowing them to raid Sector 102 via the Black Atlantic ocean. Skarwael is a brutal enforcer and, through brute force, holds his band together. He leads the way with his Jetpack and is always first into the fire-fight, showering Judges with rounds from his spit-carbine before zipping away into the rooftops.

For some unknown reason, 'The Nine' has a fondness for Raiding the Dan Abnett Block Mall, and it seems to always coincide when the Blood Pact gang is up to no good. So far, the Judges have failed to find a link between the two groups.

Where he found this weapon is a mystery, but it is a weapon of pure devastation, able to blow huge holes in Helltrekker vehicles as they pass through the Cursed Earth.
