Judge Riceburgh has seen it all, and survived it.

A veteran of Sector 102, Riceburgh earned his reputation long before the city was scarred by the Robot Wars and the Chaos Bug. Back then, the streets were different. Cleaner. Simpler. He remembers those days clearly… which only makes what the city has become that much harder to accept.

To many, he’s known as “The Babysitter”, a nickname he wears with little pride. His latest assignment has pulled him away from the flooded battlegrounds of the Swamps, where he was deep into a personal campaign against the Swamp Skunks gang. Instead, he’s been tasked with overseeing Hapshant, a newly transfered PSI Judge who is still finding their footing in the field.

It’s not where Riceburgh wants to be. But duty rarely is.

Despite his frustration, Riceburgh hasn’t lost his edge. If anything, this new partnership may prove more effective than he expected. With Hapshant’s psychic abilities pinpointing potential gang activity, Riceburgh now has access to intelligence he never had before, giving him a chance to strike faster, and harder, than ever.
