Jankowski, an ex-militia of East Meg. Seeing his forces crushed near the end of the block war, Jankowski decided to cut his losses and go AWOL. Grabbing as many weapons & supplies as he could carry, he disappeared into Mega City One and began his new career as an Arms Dealer.
