Review

This missed the mark, sadly. Even though it was 5 issues long, it failed to flesh out the characters or adequately explain what was happening. It seemingly started plot threads and then forgot about them as the story progressed, and even though this is designed with young readers in mind, I feel it has done them a disservice. It also did a terrible job of making Peter Park seem like Superman, "Oh no trouble! Hey, where's Peter? Look, it's Spider-man". It is so lazy for a character like Spider-Man. He deserves better. Also, aren't these kids meant to be super bright? How can they not spot this?

The artwork was solid, some of the characters seemed a little random, and overall, I would give this an above-average meh on the review scale. You may like it, but I was left disappointed.
