Style: Dry Irish Stout
ABV: 3.6%
Fluff: Dublin or Nuthin' is a dry stout with an emphasis on dark malts resulting in a chocolate flavour & coffee-like aromas. At 3.6%, this beer is easy to drink with tons of flavour for such a low-strength entry & the dry finish will have you Dublin up for another!
Part of the all-new Flash Series, these are small-batch releases that will be gone in a flash.
Review
The pour is a dark, rich chocolate brown, while the cap of the head is milk chocolate; this looks creamy even though it hasn't been treated with nitro (though the option is available at the brewery). I am greeted by a sweet chocolate aroma and a subtle coffee hint as I take that first sniff. The sip is smooth and mouth-coating, with the entire pallet being treated to a bit of enjoyment. As the beer warmed, more coffee was noticeable from the malt, but this was a really impressive brew. The head laced the glass to the end, and at 3.6%, I found myself ordering a second to enjoy. Highly recommend it if you live in Ontario. Treat yourself and grab a pint.
