Brews Review 04 // Founders All Day IPA

Today we look at Founders All Day IPA quite a well known beer that needs hardly an introduction. Sadly it's quite a hard beer to find in Ontario but not impossible either. This can for example came from Boston, so let's get drinking!

Details

Name: All Day IPA
Style: Session IPA
Brewery: Founders (Website)
Country: Grand Rapids, Michigan: USA.
Price: $3 USA for a Stub Can.
ABV: 4.7%

Commercial Fluff:
"The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatic and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures."

Own Opinion

Sight: Pours a classic clear golden colour with a gentle white head.
Aroma: Tropical hops aroma. Similar to peach with a good strong hit of grapefruit.
Taste: Smooth and fruity with a malty sweetness that leads to bitter, dry finish. Very easy to drink.
Would I buy it again? Yes. Which is handy as it came in a 12 pack. Overall a very solid example of a session beer ie. I can drink lots of it without getting overwhelmed by flavours or strength.

Well until next time. Drink plenty and stay safe and happy cheers!
